If you think there's something wrong with this picture, you're right! Former 'American Idol' contestant Clay Aiken is going to be a father -- but what makes this story unusual is that the woman has been impregnated through artificial insemination. (Okay, you can breathe a sigh of relief now.)

The singer is expecting a baby with his longtime friend and record producer Jaymes Foster. She executive produced Aiken's album 'A Thousand Different Ways' and is the sister of music mogul David Foster. While Aiken and Foster have been 'close friends' since Aiken's days on 'Idol', since Foster was impregnated through artificial insemination the persistent rumors that Clay Aiken is gay
have once again sprung up.

And at this point you really can't help but wonder. Wasn't there another singer (superstar) who impregnated a woman through artificial insemination some years back? Hmm, and isn't he rumored to be gay too?

Dunkin' Donuts has pulled out an online advertisement featuring Rachael Ray due to complaints over a black-and-white scarf she wears in the ad. Yup, that's right, all because of a scarf. There are complaints that the fringed black-and-white scarf she wears in the ad offers symbolic support for Muslim extremism and terrorism. The chain says it pulled the ad because "the possibility of misperception detracted from its original intention to promote our iced coffee."

What started it all was a complaint by conservative commentator Michelle Malkin that the scarf looked like a kaffiyeh, the traditional Palestinian scarf: "The keffiyeh, for the clueless, is the traditional scarf of Arab men that has come to symbolize murderous Palestinian jihad. Popularized by Yasser Arafat and a regular adornment of Muslim terrorists appearing in beheading and hostage-taking videos, the apparel has been mainstreamed by both ignorant and not-so-ignorant fashion designers,
celebrities, and left-wing icons."

Dunkin' says the scarf was selected by Rachel's stylist for the advertising shoot and "absolutely no symbolism was intended."

A Taiwan man grieving over the death of his girlfriend climbed inside a morgue freezer to be with her and was only pulled out alive half an hour later. The 41-year-old man was discovered on Monday when workers detected an unusually high temperature in the freezer and realized the hatch was not securely fastened.

"A morgue manager opened the hatch, saw two people lying inside, she felt scared enough to yell out and then even cried," local newspaper 'Liberty Times' reported. "She didn't stabilize for a long time."

The man apparently took a drug before entering the freezer to speed up what was likely a suicide attempt. His girlfriend died from an overdose of sleeping pills on Friday.

The morgue now says it plans to step up security to ensure that family and others who come by to identify bodies do not stay for too long.

A teen who has a small part in the forthcoming 'Harry Potter' has been stabbed to death during a fight outside a London pub.

Robert Knox, 18, was fatally wounded during the fight outside the Metro Bar in Kent, in the early hours of Saturday morning. The attack also left three of his friends with serious knife wounds, one was stabbed in the neck, another in the chest and a third was cut on his hand.

Robert's parents, Sally and Colin Knox, released a statement following the outpouring of support, as friends and family left flowers and messages outside the bar: "Rob was kind and thoughtful and would always help out others -- he would always spend his last penny on other people instead of himself."

A 21-year-old man who received facial injuries, has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Knox completed filming last Tuesday and had signed to appear in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', the seventh film in the franchise. 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' will be released on November 21, 2008.

Is this another scandal or just a publicity stunt? You be the judge.

Lindsay Lohan has added fuel to lesbian rumors as she held hands and kissed celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson at a party on Sean 'Diddy' Combs' yacht in Cannes. Lindsay, 21, first partied with the 30-year-old Ronson at a nightclub in Cannes before the two left holding hands and got cozy at Diddy's yacht. The UK's 'Daily Mail' reports they "did not seem to care who was watching their steamy kiss."

Interestingly, last month the 'New York Post' reported that Lohan warned Ashley Olsen to get away from Ronson calling her "my girlfriend", and telling her to "get your 15-year-old 'Full House' ass away from my girlfriend."

Of course, Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloane, insists they are just "close friends."

My prediction was right! David Cook, who was compared with former 'Idol' contestant Chris Daughtry all season, did one better and bested teen prodigy David Archuleta in a somewhat surprising landslide Wednesday night.

Cook took a moment to shout "I'm going to Disney World!" during the celebration following his win, a common phrase usually uttered by sports figures upon winning a championship. He beat David Archuleta by 12 million votes, out of the record 97.5 million cast by viewers, despite the criticism, much of it unnecessary, given by judge Simon Cowell a night before. The votes broke down to 56 percent for Cook and and 44 percent for Archuleta, who had been favoured to win the contest all year.

But before the announcement, Simon Cowell took some time to make a rare apology to David Cook for his words on Tuesday night: "When I went back home and watched it, it wasn't quite so clear-cut as we called it. David, I will take this opportunity to apologize, because I
think I was verging on disrespectful to you... You're tryers, and you've bother given me your best. For the first time ever, I don't really care who wins."

Is it possible Cowell was given wind of the results and told it wasn't quite the 'knockout' for Archuleta he called the night previous, and thought it better to apologize rather than appear to have been totally out to lunch in his criticism? Certainly sounded like it.

It's estimated last night's 'American Idol' finale was seen by approximately 27 million fans according to early estimates, slightly down from the 30 million that saw the season six finale.

'The Sound of Music' remains one of Hollywood's all-time greatest hits and soon you'll be able to stay at the Von Trapp's family villa featured in the movie.

The villa located in Austria will open as a hotel in July. Known as the 'Villa Trapp Hotel', it will give visitors a chance to sleep in the bedrooms from the movie or get married in the chapel.

"The hotel really is a milestone for the commercialization of The Sound Of Music for Salzburg," says Leo Bauernberger from the Salzburg provincial tourism board, who
considers the movie "truly a stroke of luck for this city."

And why not, out of the roughly 700,000 overnight tourist stays every year in the city -- 40 percent of them cite the film and its locations as the sole reason for their visit.

Ellen DeGeneres plans to wed longtime girlfriend Portia de Rossi. This she revealed during the taping of her popular show to the delight of the audience. DeGeneres revealed the big news and told the crowd, "I'm very excited." The announcement immediately followed the news that California's Supreme Court struck down a law banning gay marriage.

De Rossi, 35, was reportedly in the studio when DeGeneres – who just celebrated her 50th birthday – broke the news.

In what's sure to be a controversial decision, the California's Supreme Court ruled that people have a fundamental "right to marry" the partner of their choosing – therefore the previous ban on
gay marriage was ruled unconstitutional.

The two stars began dating in December 2004, as de Rossi was appearing on the FOX sitcom Arrested Development.

One key to their happiness, DeGeneres said last year, is that they learn from one another. "She's taught me lessons about myself, and I feel like I've taught her," said the TV host. "We've both changed and grown, and we just feel like, 'Oh, okay, this is completion.' "

We have seen numerous stupid inventions in the past and now come another one. It's a solar bra! A what, you may ask. It's a solar powered bra that charges your iPods and cellphones. The only problem is, you can't wear clothes over it because that won't charge
the solar panels! WTF! Still interested? Read on.

Now women can take their battle for the environment a little closer to heart with a solar-powered bra that can generate enough electric energy to charge your cell phone or even an iPod. Lingerie maker Triumph International unveiled its first environmentally friendly, and green colored, 'Solar Power Bra' in Japan which features a solar panel worn around the stomach.

The panel requires light to generate electricity and the concept bra will not be in stores anytime soon, says Triumph spokeswoman Yoshiko Masuda, since "people usually can not go outside without wearing clothes over it." (Duh? So how can it be useful it it can't be used?)

But it does send the message of how lingerie could possibly save the planet, says Triumph.

And the models seem to like it too: "It is very comfortable and I can really feel involved in eco-friendly efforts as well."

It was the expected result. Shocking absolutely no one, Syesha dream run on Idol ended last night. It’s an all-David final, as the judges and producers have seemed to want for weeks.

Teen idol David Archuleta and ex-bartender David Cook will square off next week in the “Idol” finale. Would-be party-crasher Syesha Mercado’s miracle run finally ended,
as she was eliminated Wednesday to finish in third place to the great relief of the judges and production staff.

Mercado was no stranger to danger. She was onstage among the lowest vote-getters in eight of the show’s last 10 weeks. Five times before this week, she stood next to Ryan Seacrest and another contestant knowing that she had a 50-50 shot of getting sent home. Five times, she survived.

Goodbye Syesha, it was a good run. And the question now is, which David will win? Will it be David Archuleta or David Cook?

Even after magazines have confirmed earlier rumors of a secret wedding, it's always better to her it "straight from the horse's mouth". Well, Mariah Carey did just that as she appeared on 'Ellen' to talk about her recent wedding to Nick Cannon.

She told the talk show host that the pair used a 'video shoot' as the cover for their secret wedding, and only had family and a few close friends at the ceremony. Interestingly, Carey said Cannon had been telling his friends he was going to marry the pop diva even before the couple ever met.

She said the two designed each other's rings and showed off her rock to Ellen, which is reported to be worth a whopping $2.5 million.

Ellen also showed photos of the wedding tattoos she and Cannon got to prove their commitment to each other. Cannon's is a large 'Mariah' across his back, while Carey's is a small butterfly on her lower back, but DeGeneres quickly pointed out her small tattoo could be covered up if it didn't work out.

Heidi Klum may be an angel on the Victoria's Secret runway, but the former supermodel is certainly not one in real life as she dishes out some interesting tidbits in a recent interview. When asked about the first date with her husband Seal in a recent interview, Klum hinted the two didn't exactly wait till a second or third date: "We went somewhere very nice for dinner — it was very good but I can't tell you exactly what we did."

"It would be too naughty and you can't run it anyway. It would just be bloop bleep bloop bloop bleep. But it was a very good first date!"

Last year, Heidi told Oprah what first attracted her to the musician when she met him in 2004: "I met him in a hotel lobby in New York City and he came in just from the gym and I was sitting there and I was, like,
wow."

Wow, because Seal was wearing bicycle shorts.

"And I pretty much saw everything... the whole package."

She also credits her husband for her fashion sense : "I have my husband to thank first, because he has such a great style I wanted to keep up with him. I know I have to look good next to him and look good for him."

It started as a rumor a few days ago and now it has been confirmed. Favorite David Archuleta's dad has been banned from 'American Idol' after his constant meddling hit a sour note with the producers.

Jeff Archuleta has been told that he can no longer join his 17-year-old son in rehearsals, or backstage. Sources report that he has "been a complete pain in the ass, interfering with the entire production."

An insider with the show says that Jeff has constantly bothered producers and even other contestants. The final straw came this week, when he wanted to change the lyrics to a song -- a change producers refused. But producers were even more shocked when son David
sang the song with altered lyrics during the live show, even though they hadn't allowed the change. The change didn't just upset producers, but created problems for the show with the song's publisher.

David Archuleta of Utah, is one of three contestants left as show heads towards its finale. David has consistently been deemed a front-runner both with judges and fans alike, and many believe it's thanks to the teen's contingent of young female fans.
